Why Connected matters
An Echo with great vibe data but no way to check availability isn't very useful. Connected makes your Echo actionable—guests can go from discovery to booking without leaving the conversation.
Direct PMS integration means agents work with live data. No stale caches, no "we'll confirm later". When an agent says a room is available, it is.

Bookings flow through defined states:

No-show handling
When a guest doesn't arrive, venues can declare a no-show with supporting evidence:
- PMS attestation — System record showing no check-in
- Keycard inactive — No room access logged
- Check-in system — No arrival in check-in logs
- Front desk declaration — Staff attestation
This evidence supports dispute resolution and policy enforcement.
