Since launching in 2013, MADE Agency has grown from a team of 6 to 11 and doubled turnover to half a million pounds. Having helped to steer the agency through this exciting period of growth, directors Peter, Lucy and Mark are now looking for two talented, dynamic and experienced individuals to join the team in management roles, where they will make a significant difference to the future of agency.
Peter says “We have built a fantastic team here, who deliver creative and innovative projects, with a genuine emphasis on customer service. These new roles of Operations Manager and Business Development Manager represent a terrific chance to lead that team to bigger and better things. We’re really excited to see how new people can improve on the great work we already do.”
Peter, Lucy and Mark will continue their roles as directors, providing support to the team and the new managers. Peter is planning to spend more of his time working on MADE spinout Infohackit, an innovative infographic training programme for scientists. Mark is completing his Executive MBA at the University of East Anglia and continues to work on education and school based consultancy projects. Lucy will be focussing on further developing her specialisms in project management, editing and writing including a new travel blog. These varied interests are feeding back into MADE in different ways, and are already creating new opportunities for the agency.
